Created a simple application and exposed to mobile in Appian 6.6.1, all standard Appian with nothing custom. It works well on iPad. But does not work on a corporate Blackberry Torch on AT&T: Tempo shows fine on the BB, but when clicking Actions icon (top right corner) to start a process, it shows "Loading..." and then
Could Not Connect to Server. Please check your internet connection and verify the server address." The internet connection is good and the server is up, and Appian's Tempo UI works on BB, but this error comes up on clicking Actions. What are the typical causes of this ? Where to start troubleshooting ? We are likely not the only ones with this issue because BB is used everywhere in the corporate world. I would appreciate your help in resolving the issue.

We are using the standard SSL port 443. Support indicate that this may be a timeout issue. Although we may be facing several different problems simultaneously, as the error comes up without much delay. Do you mind posting if you find anything interesting ?
