A member of our Sys Admin team unsubscribed from a news feed in Tempo, and now can't re-subscribe to it. Can anyone let me know how he can?
Thanks...

The first thing to check would be whether the feed in question is included in a published app that the user has access to. The "published" part seems to have some control over whether a feed shows up on the subscription settings screen.

Have the user log in and click on their name in the top right corner of the screen, and select Settings.
On the Settings page, click News on the left.
From this view, the user should be able to adjust their subscriptions.

Step 1: What Mike said. Place feed in a published app and give user in question view rights to the app.

Step 2: What Rob said. You can manage subscriptions on the Settings> News screen.

Hi All
Thank you for your responses. We didn't have a published app for the feed. We have been able to resolve by doing so.
Thank you for your help
