We got the above error from production. We are not able to replicate the error in lower environment. Can anyone tell what is the root cause of this issue?

Seems like someone tried to reassign a task that already was completed by another person. This can happen when users just open task forms without doing anything.
I tried doing the same. But it didnt trigger any error mail. Just a warning message "Task has been already completed" is getting displayed in the UI. We are trying to understand when its happening actually. Till now, we didnt get any success on that.
I suggest to open a support case to discuss that with Appian.
