am encountering the following issue when attempting to start the Appian server as a local instance for plugin development:

As per the possible solutions mentioned in the KB article,
I have already:

If a valid license cannot be found, the message k3.lic displays.

K4: The output shows a valid license with a one-line message starting with the current timestamp, which confirms it is working correctly.

Wasn't there an error message for the K4 one as well?
