Above error describes the license isn;t valid. Please double check the following things again in custom.properties:
1. FQDN
2. Q output : https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.4/Requesting_and_Installing_a_license.htmlAbove mentioned must be correct, in order to install permanent license correctly.refer the following image and the link posted above for getting q output:
Hello Varun Teja Gurrapu ,
I have double-checked everything, and it looks perfect and error-free.
Without more information, all I can say is that the most common error is the FQDN and memory in my experience.
Otherwise. perhaps it is in the wrong location.
How can we validate whether perhaps is in the correct location or not?
K3: <APPIAN_HOME>/server/_bin/k/linux64/
K4: <APPIAN_HOME>/data-server/engine/bin/q/l64/
You can sctually validate if they are ok prior to starting the server.
docs.appian.com/.../Requesting_and_Installing_a_license.html
I have verified that the locations of both files are correct. Do you need any additional details for further investigation?
Can you provide the output of both commands specified in the link I posted?
