I have a documentDownloadLink, when user click on the link, it always calls a white screen and last for few seconds, after white screen disappear, the document starts download.
Is the white screen expected? Or can it be overcame somehow?

This is Expected Behaviour in Appian, this cannot be customised or eliminated.
