Usually once the document is stored in the correct folder, but is some cases it is getting stored in temporary folder and Geeting the error while trying to access the site, so can we know why in some cases document is getting stored in the Temporary folder, is there is any condition to store the document in temporary folder.

The file will be stored in the temporary folder when you upload the file and not submitted the action/task.
