I need to import some xsd files, can I import one schema in another using relative like <xsd:include schemaLocation="A.xsd"/>.
If no how I can include a schema....

Yes, but you need to put all those XSDs inside a folder called datatype and zip it; you will import then the ZIP in the same UI (Import data type) but instead of the XSD.
