Hi All,We want to know how Appian licensing works. Lets say the current license is for 3 applications and 50 users. So what happens if we have built more than 3 applications and onboard more than 50 users. Also what does this 50 users mean?? Does it mean number of users who can access appian concurrently or only 50 users can be onboarded? Does onboarding more users/applications cause any performance issue to the overall application?

First about performance. If built following best practices and correct environment sizing calculations, you should not expect any performance issues.
Licensing fully depends on your contract with Appian. I suggest to discuss this with Appian.
