Will deleting tables from the cloud database fix issue in Case Management Studio?

Hi guys

I've gone and entered data fields into the All Case Types setup rather than in just my own case type.

No actual data has yet been entered into any of the other case types and (thankfully) this is in ou Dev environment.

I know the names of the tables that have been created and can access them in the cloud database.

  1. If I simply delete the tables and sync the record types, will this fix the issue?
  2. Failing that, if I go into each record type, remove the relationships and then sync, would that work?
  3. Is there a way to delete and/or edit fields from within the Case Management app without hacking the system?

I need an urgent response to this please.
