Hi
I have a requirement to display the date in a certain format due to which i have used datetext function as: datetext(ri!dtDateTimeInput,"MM/dd/YYYY h:m a z"). I have made a rule for the same and used this rule wherever I needed to fulfill my requirement on the dashboard.
I have created a Task Report where i have a column of Received Date for tha task where the by default value used is tp!starttime. Now as per my requirement, on this value also I need to use the datetext function. But when I try to call datetext() in the expresion editor of the received date data, I am not able to see this function in the Functions tab of the expression editor.
I am working on version 7.3.
Can anyone suggest as to why am i facing this issue?
Thanks in advance....

Nothing under the Appian Scripting Functions is compatible with legacy Portal Reports per the documentation.
You can use the Execute Process Report and format the returned date via process and then expose the result as a downloadable document for example, but you cannot use datetext in a protal report.
