Hi All,
I m trying to delete old versions of rules using Delete Rules/Constants smart service in Contents Tools plugin. But i m not able to get the id for the rules folder which is a mandatory input.
So is there any way to get this folder ID or any other way/plugin to dynamically delete old versions of rules(As there are more than 200 rules(expression/Interfaces), doing it manually will be time consuming).
Request for your suggestions.
Thanks in Advance,
Pradeep

Step 1: Open the folder
Step 2: Click on the Gear icon and then choose "Properties"
You can see the folder ID there.
Hi Santhosh R Thanks for the reply. i have shared the folder properties screen shot only, ID is not there.
If you want a quick workaround, you can try this:
Create a package with this folder and export it. When you open the Export Log, you will be able to see the ID and UUID of the folder under "Success (1)"
Let me try, Thanks again.
As a workaround you can do this simple one.
Thanks for the reply Shivakanth Reddy P , but your approach will work only for document folder.
It is a folder picker it works for any folder. The one I selected in screenshot is Rules and constants folder
Check rule folder properties or use a query to fetch ID.
