Hi All,
I have created a process model which uses "Create folder" smart service, in which my document that has been uploaded through SAIL interface resides.I have uploaded the document.When I see the documents tab in the designer,my folder has been created and size has been reflected as some KBs.But I am not able to see the uploaded document inside the folder.

Any help will be highly Appreciated!

Check the Knowledge Center properties for it. Please check the property which states that it needs Administrator approval. Also check that these documents are present in the "Pending Changes" in documents tab on left side of the window.
It they appearing there, you need to check/uncheck the checkbox in KC propertes.

Thanks Ashish for your response! But I am not able to see my uploaded document in "Pending Changes".Also users uploading the document have been provided with "Author" access and also this hapeens in 1 out of 10 scenarios.
