I have a question regarding the Query Database Smart Service.

Hi All, I have a question regarding the Query Database Smart Service. I used the following query inside the smart service: SELECT ID, APP_TYPE, PHONE_NUM, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX, DOB, STATE, ZIP_CODE, SSN FROM SWAT2_APP WHERE FIRST_NAME LIKE ac!FIRST_NAME AND LAST_NAME LIKE ac!LAST_NAME and it created the following ac!'s automatically : `1.FIRST_NAME, `1.LAST_NAME. The problem is the value of these forms cannot be set to any pv! variable. It's showing to be From Form as you can see it from my attachment. I want these ac's to get its value from a pv!. How can i do this? Any suggestions. Basically i am trying to do a search here based on firstname and lastname....

As said by Alex, you can use Query Entity.

For your problem, it is showing as "From form" because there is the form defined for the node. For this you need to go to Forms Tab and delete the form/Form fields. Also check the assignment tab.
