But I am unable to change the table name that automatically created by Appian (sirshqdivgmlbmngr_divisingm, sirsheqdivgmlobmanager_sheq, sirsheqdivgmlbmnger_lbmnger)

Oh I see what you mean, you've been talking about the table name not the column name, sorry about that.
Yes, you can do it using the @OneToMany and @JoinTable annotation
