I’m looking for options on how to interact with customers that are outside of our intranet network.
We are on version 7.3, and our environment is on site and it runs within our intranet.
I looked at the email solution but it requires anonymous user and that is against our policy so I cannot enable anonymous user.

We have received a request to put together a workflow that will interact with sites outside of our intranet. Part of this would be to get requirements/orders out to the vendors as soon as possible. Another aspect of this is to determine options on getting status updates from vendors who are not able to access Appian through our intranet.
Does anyone know of any options available through Appian on how vendor status and feedback can be integrated into updates which are fed back to the requestor from outside an intranet? ...
