I recently passed the Appian Certified Lead Developer (ACD301) exam, and it’s been a significant step forward in my journey as an Appian professional. This certification not only validated my ability to lead Appian project teams effectively but also deepened my understanding of the platform’s advanced concepts.
It wasn’t an easy exam by any means. However, with consistent preparation and the right resources, I was able to get through it. Among all the materials I used, the Appian practice test proved to be the most helpful. After working through the practice questions, I genuinely felt that my preparation was solid and that I was ready for the real thing.
Now that I’ve cleared the ACD301, I’m looking to further strengthen my skills and grow in my career. What would you recommend as the next step after this certification? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Many Congratulations!
Now you can maintain you certification by completing Appian Release showcases every quarter. As and when you get time with your client projects its good to be invested in latest Appian features and have hands-on experience on new additions or changes to Appian offerings.
Cool to see that you just joined the Appian Community and instantly made it into a lead developer.
Any chance for a financial participation for writing positive posts on P2P Exams?
This very much feels like spam!
