We have some Appian administrator users who, when they try to access process supervision, edit the process, and try to change a value in a node, do not see all the tabs and cannot change anything.
For all other administrator users, it displays correctly.
At first glance, it seems that both have the same groups, but we don't understand why the tabs don't appear.
We are probably missing some groups, but we thought that an administrator could do everything.
Is that right?
Thank you very much for your help.

As administrator they should be able to access. Can you ask them to try to open the instance in a different browser or clear cache in browser.
is it happening for a particular instance where they cant see node tabs or all process instances ?
Hello,It happens on all nodes. He has tried incognito mode and another browser, and it still happens. It is configured as a typical system administrator:
I have never seen an issue like this myself and I found 2 other posts regarding the same issue within last one year. Unfortunately none of them were resolved!
I suggest you to raise an Appian support ticket so that they can investigate this. If possible do share the root cause with me here, once you find something. Good luck!
Ensure they’re members of Process Model Creators, Designers, and Process Model Viewer groups. Compare group memberships between working and non-working administrators to find the difference.
