While posting a comment on a news feed(using post comment to feed entry smart service), I am receiving the error(News feed not accessible).Please find attached the snapshot of the alert.

I have tried the following approaches but none of them worked:-

1. Providing admin rights to the user which is being used in the author input of the "post comment to feed entry" smart service on the process model in which the "post comment to feed entry" smart service is used.

2. Providing admin rights on the feed which is being used when this event on which we are commenting is being posted.
FYI, the event is being posted using "post event to feed" smart service.

Yagyadeep, I agree with mike, the entry Id value should look like e-12345 (or any letter followed by a number)If you hover over the time stamp of this post, you'll notice that is shows you a hyperlink. The last bit of the URL is the entry Id.

The entry ID of a post is captured as a result (node output) of the Post Event and Post System Event Smart Service. That value should be stored into a process variable so it can be used in the Post Comment to Fee Entry Smart Service
