We have multiple version of process models in QA environment. These process model versions are exported from Development environment. Each process model version has couple of process instances. When we want to see the process model id of process instances (active, completed) and found that, couple of process instances does not have process model id. Please see attached screen shot.

why process model id is not displaying in process dashboard (default appian provided portal reports - process dashboard)? Is it environment related issue? OR when we imported latest process model version from Development, previous model version process instances has affect? ...

as per analysis, process model is deleted from server, but process model processes still in the environment (either as active or completed). that is reason, process model id is not displaying in the portal reports.
