Change Data and time Irrespective of Users Time zone

I have a requirement in Appian.
Let's assume I'm logging in from India, so my Appian application time zone is set to IST.

However, the requirement is that — regardless of the user's time zone — all date and time values should be displayed in CST on UI

How can this be achieved in Appian?
