For example, some Walk-Thurs appear as completed in the reports, even though users didn’t go through all the steps, and some SmartTips aren’t being tracked consistently.
I have tried validating script deployment, checking triggers, and reviewing user segmentation, but the metrics still don’t seem fully accurate.
