Issue with Fill PDF Smart Service After Adding Scrollable Multiline Fields in PDF template

Here’s an overview of my process model: the “PDF Doc from Template” smart service generates the PDF file using an editable template.

Below is the structure of the template:


All fields in the template are configured as multiline and can hold up to 5,000 characters. Since each field has a fixed height, any content exceeding the visible area becomes scrollable within the field. After generating the PDF using the “PDF Doc from Template” smart service, I use the Fill PDF smart service to flatten the document and make it read-only. Everything works as expected up to the point where the PDF is created and stored in the designated folder.


The issue arises when the Fill PDF smart service is executed. This functionality was working correctly before scrollable multiline fields were introduced into the template.
