We got this error from a process instance -

"There is a problem with task “Create Document” in the process “Trust Upload Documents”. Conflict"

What does that Conflict mean? We are trying to identify the root cause...

This looks like a general error, you should check the application-server.log to get more specific information of what the issue might be.
