I'm currently exploring Case Management and wanted to check with the community whether it's possible to use Google Mail (Gmail) to set up case creation via email.
If this is supported, could you please share any guides or documentation on how to configure it?
In the documentation I reviewed, it seems that case creation via email is mentioned only for Microsoft email (Outlook). I would like to confirm whether Gmail can also be used for this purpose and what the recommended approach would be.

Gmail is not natively supported for Case Creation via Email. The out-of-the-box module only works with Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 using the MSGraph Email Poller plugin.https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/26.2/setup-case-creation-via-email.htmlWorkaround i would recommend - Forward Gmail emails to an Outlook inbox as the simplest fix.
