I requested the transfer of my credentials, Community and Academy achievements, Academy historical training data, and Community activity history a couple of days ago. However, the transfer has not yet been completed. Typically, this process is finished within two working days, but it seems to be taking longer than expected.
Could you please let me know how much additional time it will take? Also, is there a toll-free number I can contact for assistance?
Additionally, I would like to know whether it is okay to leave the organization before the transfer of my credentials, Community and Academy achievements, Academy historical training data, and Community activity history is completed. If so, how can I continue to receive communications that are currently being sent to my organization email after I leave?
Is there a way to update my email ID in the community profile so that all future communications can be redirected to my personal email address?
Could someone please assist me with this?

We cannot update our email ids ourselves. Only way is to reach Appian is send email to @support@appian.com. As you have already send an email, you can follow up on the same email.

After leaving you might join another company right, so you can send an email to support team to migrate data from company 1 id to company 2 id. Register with company 2 in Appian community again and then send email so they can transfer the details.
Same for personal email, you can have everything transferred to personal email but normally this takes away any Appian Partner benefits that your organisation email id can pass on!
Should I register myself in the Appian Community using my personal email ID and share it with the support team? In my earlier transfer, I did not do this.
Yes create your account in community first then request for transfer.
