Unable to Transfer Certifications and Academy Achievements to Personal Account – Need Guidance

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with transferring my Appian certifications, Academy Online achievements, and badges from my current organization account to my personal account.

I have already reached out to multiple teams, including Appian Technical Support, Appian Community, Academy Online support, and the Certifications team. I was informed that the request would be resolved within two working days. However, it has been longer than that, and I have not received any proper response or update despite multiple follow-ups.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? If so, could you please guide me on how to get this resolved or whom to contact for faster support?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • This appears to be an account management issue rather than a technical Appian problem. Since certifications, badges, and Academy achievements are tied to Appian's internal systems, only the Appian Support/Academy team can complete the transfer.

    If you still have access to the email address associated with the original account, include it in your follow-up and request an escalation, especially if the promised turnaround time has already passed. Unfortunately, the community cannot perform these transfers directly. Hope your request gets resolved soon.
