Unable to Transfer Certifications and Academy Achievements to Personal Account – Need Guidance

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with transferring my Appian certifications, Academy Online achievements, and badges from my current organization account to my personal account.

I have already reached out to multiple teams, including Appian Technical Support, Appian Community, Academy Online support, and the Certifications team. I was informed that the request would be resolved within two working days. However, it has been longer than that, and I have not received any proper response or update despite multiple follow-ups.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? If so, could you please guide me on how to get this resolved or whom to contact for faster support?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I recently shifted my certifications and achievements from my work account to personal account. I mailed this account - community@appian.com & academyonline@appian.com. Need to register a account with your personal account in appian community . Post that send the mail with below context. It was done for me within hours. Please try and let me know.

     I am writing to request assistance with transferring my Appian Community account and associated certifications to a new email address, as I am transitioning from my current organization.
    Details are as follows:
    • Old Email ID : 
    • New Email ID: 
    I have already created a new Appian Community account using my new email ID. I kindly request you to merge/transfer my existing account details—including my certifications (L1/L2), badges, and achievements—to this new account.
    Please let me know if any further information or verification is required from my side to proceed with this request.
