I am curious to know how I can get access to the meta data of the process like the process level data . I tried looking in the MySQL database but I don't find any tables there. If I want to use the process level data how can I view it before using it to create records. Also is there a way to truncate the process data if we dont want to see some records. Any help or pointers will be appreciated. ...

Have you tried pulling the data and then manipulating it using a Script Task node? Once you have the information you want you can create the Process-Backed Record
