Health check report with risk category as unknown

Question

Hi All, 
 In health check report, Risk Category is unknown for many rows. what will be the reason behind this. 
 Below is one of the record it showed in the report, 
 (Appian Configuration ) Appian datasource exposed in business datasource list which had risk category as unknown. 
 Can someone please tell why Appian is not able to detect the risk category and what we can do to get the risk category in the health check.

Unknown means Appian could not analyze that risk because the required data was missing, logs were disabled, or the data collection zip was incomplete; it does not mean the datasource is definitely risky. https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/26.3/understanding-the-health-check-report.html 
 For your case, re-run Health Check with a complete/latest data collection and ensure the needed logs are available; otherwise that row will stay Unknown.
