Is there any way to access the KC File properties in the SAIL? - especially to get the list of users who have downloaded the file
Like the property that we can access from designer - "Click to view a list of users who have downloaded this file"
...

There is no out of the box function to get the list of users who downloaded a specified document. However it may be possible to create a custom function using the Appian API - forum.appian.com/.../
