Is it possible to handle the integration/interface with the social media such as Facebook,emails, text messages? Essentially, the requirement is to pick up the cases from the different sources (cases) and put to a queue in Appian. If someone responds to the case, system should also handle the posting of the response back to the media. The concept is like CRM but cases are coming from different sources like social media etc. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance....
