We are using apian cloud version. Is there an easy way to tell which version of Appian is being used? Do we have this info available somewhere?

Have a look at the Installations Record on forum - normally cloud installations to which you have access are listed there, along with the version number.

If you log in to your cloud site and access the designer view, then you can hover over the "Help" link in the top right. Each cloud version will link to the version of the documentation it is associated with.
