We are trying to import code from another environment and the import stalls after sometime. There are alerts that the process models are getting published and then no response(there is no final confirmation). There are no errors logged in the applicationserver.log too. Tried importing a couple of times and get this error intermittently - "An error occurred while trying to import/inspect the package. (APNX-1-4074-000)" What could be the problem here?Any other areas we should investigate

Are objects being moved over to the new environment? It sounds like they are if Process Models are being published.
You can also check under Documents > Personal and Teams > My Private Knowledge Center > My Import Logs for more information about the import, even if you don't receive a final confirmation through the UI.
You might also want to try bringing the code over in smaller application patches to try and isolate the errors.
