Just need an info about best practices.
I am having a PV which is never going to change in the flow once it received the value. can I pass PV as the rule input or I need to create an ac and pass the PV to ac and save the same value to the same PV?
which is the best practice?
Can we use PV directly In the sail form? I know it will work but wanna know its a best practice or not?

The best practice is to avoid making reference to PVs directly in interfaces/expression rules.

Rule inputs are fine for expression rules.

If you're not going to change the value in the form then passing the PV directly into the rule is fine, and even best practice as it won't clutter your data inputs / outputs.

According to best practice never pass PV directly in expressions or interfaces, though in your use case it will work but you should always follow best practices to ensure the proper working of your applications, and avoid overhead in changes are needed in future.
