Is anyone using a web-form to capture data that is used to trigger an Appian process? We are potentially interested in setting up a new vendor profile/request form on our website that would allow a potential vendor to provide information and it then be used to trigger a process and or be used for future processes.

We have done this by initiating appian process using webservice (exposed as a webservice using servlet plugin. Refer forum.appian.com/.../Custom_Servlet_Plug-ins.html) after data is capture using a web-form. You can also initiate a process using email or directly expose a process model as webservice.
