With Appian document management, is there a way for a user to search for keywords across the knowledgebase? For example, if the user wants to search for "Supervisor" across 40 folders of different structure, can appian return a list of all the document name and document location?
I can see that there is documentation on search but this is only available if appian is hosted inhouse. How do we enable search functionality on the cloud? We're okay with saving the documents into a nfs/folder structure inhouse but can we enable the search capabilities on the cloud? What is limiting this functionality on the cloud?

This search is only available via the Designer Portal in the Home tab. There's a search box on the left corner that allows you to do that (see
forum.appian.com/.../Post-Install_Configurations.html
but since that requires running additional scripts on the server I don't think this is supported for Cloud.
