Hello All,

I have created a new user with "System Administrator" priviliges, but i am unable to access the designer interface. I am getting "403 - Forbidden:Access is denied" error. Could anyone help me.

You must add this user to "Process Model Creators" group to get all administrator rights. After this you can access all the tabs of designer interface.
