Question Regarding Send Email Smart Service: Does Appian restrict sending emails only to the Appian registered users? If so, is there a work around to send email to those that are not registered in Appian?

No, you can send emails to anyone by simply wrapping the email address in the toemailaddress() function. For example:

=toemailaddress("eduardo@domain.com.au")

Hi Mahesh,

You can send email to any user(appian registered or any domain user like Gmail,yahoo etc.).
There is no restriction.
