Working in Apps Portal v7.2. We would like to remove 'Re-assign&#

Working in Apps Portal v7.2.

We would like to remove 'Re-assign' capabilities on the 'My Tasks' report. Based on the documentation, we have completed the following steps in an effort to fulfill this requirement:

1. Set the re-assignment privileges for assignees of the particular task to 'No privilege' (http://goo.gl/Tv9dpl).
2. Set the process model security such that the users are 'Viewers' and not 'Editors' (http://goo.gl/PVU4KW).

With the current configuration, a member of the IDM_AllUsers group can check the box next to a task on the report and select "Re-assign" (http://goo.gl/TzBiRn); however, once doing so, (s)he receives the following error message: "You do not have sufficient permissions to reassign this task." (http://goo.gl/oPnc6o).

What further steps do we need to take to remove the Re-assign button completely? Thanks!
