Install a Windows VM with Parallels or VMWare Fusion or utilize DaaS (Desktop as a Service) platforms such as Amazon Workspaces?

I've had good luck with a Windows 7 VM on parallels as well

I use VMware fusion to throw something else in there! I've used a range of operating systems but my preference at the moment is windows server 2012 running on it
