After migrating from Appian 6.5.3 to 7.6, alert node is not sending any alert.

After migrating from Appian 6.5.3 to 7.6, alert node is not sending any alert.
In 6.5.3, alerts used to be received as email as well, but after going to 7,6, no alerts are being sent.
No alerts in Appian or as email.

@ Foussenik, Please check the alert configurations in the process model.If you have configured the group in that alert settings then try to check weather users exists in that group or not. If not add the users and run once again the process model which you configured the alerts.

I created a test process to test alert node, and send an alert to myself, but it does not work.
