We are on Appian 7.8 Cloud.

I have two questions:

1) Under the Tempo Tasks tab, What reports, other than I have created, I can remove? For example, if I want to remove/modify/hide Assigned to Me, or Sent by Me reports, what should I do? Or is it possible? Also, is it possible to hide them from basic users?

2) We have a Entity Based Record set up. Now, the data comes through our database and the view we have used only shows non-deleted records. Now, we have related action set up for the same record which allows users to delete unwanted record from the database. As per the behavior, once the action / related action is completed, it will take the user to the page action / related action was fired. Now, when a user uses the related action to delete the record, then after the action is completed, user will be taken to the record it fired the related action from. But as the record is deleted, it will show user the error. "The record data does not exist...
