Hello, I am wondering if it´s possible on Appian to create a file lis

Hello,
I am wondering if it´s possible on Appian to create a file listner? if yes how we need to implement that?I mean by file listener when a file arrive in a specific folder on the server then the system detect this file and start a process and read this document to update the process variables.
I maybe already have a part of the solution is to used the Appian Collab / Filesystem Utilities plug-in but I saw is working only on premise and I need it working on a cloud. How I have to proceed?

Hi alexis,
You can achieve this by using 'SFTP Smart Services Plug-in' smart service. This smart service can receive file over SFTP. A process model can be built to run on regular time interval to check the file existence in the server side.
