What are the main differences between the old ACAD Level 1 exam and the new Desi

What are the main differences between the old ACAD Level 1 exam and the new Designer exam? Are these entirely different exams with different emphasis? Or are they similar? How would I prep for the new exam compared to the old?

I was under the assumption that it was a Change In Name Only - but I could be wrong on that.

I looked through this but it made no reference to ACAD L1 vs Designer.

I just wanted to know how these two compare (or not).
