hi all,
i'm really confused with tempo comment notification.
unlike the behavior in this forum, either i post a question or someone comments on my question, i can recieve an email.
while in my application, user is indeed in the tempo view group, and no notification email is sent when he comments.
and today i found even new task notification emails are not all sent out. my colleague can recieve the new task email, while another colleague and i cannot recieve the new task email.
i really help in next release the reciever can be shown in the email. right now "To" in all emails are empty.

just test to see whether i can recieve tempo comment notification email.
in our own app, it seems no email will be sent if user comments his own tempo.

This sounds like an issue with notification settings. In particular, if you are receiving no emails ensure that the email address listed on your profile is correct. Further information on configuring these settings can be found here

hi Ryan, i can recieve some emails. some new task emails, some tempo comment notification emails. we are using the same email group for all test accounts, which contains all QAs and developers. we are supposed to recieve same emails.
btw, we didn't change the default configuration for the notification

sounds like `assigned to you` type notifications were disabled for you and your colleague. You can enable/disable alerts to selected users using ‘Portal Utilities’ shared component. you can find more description about configurations there itself . Let me know if there are any issues in using that.
