I see that there is a 250 MB limit to a user's personal Knowledge Center. Is there a limit to the amount of data that can be stored in a Community Knowledge Center in the cloud environment? Is there a limit to the size of document that can be uploaded/downloaded using Appian's Document Management System?

Yes, the settings you have asked for, are configurable. Attached the section of custom.properties which holds the properties you asked for.

And regarding these settings in the cloud environment, I hope Appian cloud team is the right one to speak about this.

The maximum upload size for documents is 1GB:

The default limit of 250MB can be increased for new users (I'm not sure if there is a max on how high this can go):

I checked the documentation but I still don't see a maximum limit for a Community Knowledge Center. I'm guessing it would be pretty high if you can upload a 1 GB file to it. Any idea if there is a limit or if the limit is based on the disk space we have on the cloud?

@judym I think the Appian cloud team can respond to your question. I feel that the value you are asking for, might be a derived value rather than a direct configuration.

This has been resolved via support case. However for future reference, cloud does not have a hard limit on the KC quota. Any changes to the default 250MB would need to be approved first.
