We are moving from 7.5 to 7.9. There are some UI changes for End Users like Yes/No button in prompts being swapped and Follow/Unfollow button in records. I assume we can not control these or revert back to old ways. Can someone confirm this?
Below are the contents from Release notes related to the topic.
Button Positioning in Prompts:
Prompts in Tempo now have the primary (green) button on the right-hand side and the secondary (grey) button on the left-hand side to be consistent with button positioning in SAIL interfaces. Examples include the task acceptance prompt and the entry deletion confirmation prompt.
Following Records:
Users can now follow records that they are interested in in order to get news related to those records. A user can follow a record from any record view for that record or by hovering over a record tag for that record and clicking the "Follow" button. When a user follows a record, all news entries tagged with that record auto...

As far as I know, there is no way to disable/remove/revert these changes.

@madhan, is there a particular reason why you would like to revert? These changes are not configurable for system objects (Designers still control how button's display on their interfaces

We have existing applications in Production and the users are used to do doing things in a certain way. For example, when a user submits a form and gets a confirmation prompt, the users tries to click the left button without even reading the message or the button label, as he is so used to doing it. I agree this is not a major issue but the QA's argument is that the user experience is getting changed. And with Follow/Unfollow, the QA's feel that the user's might not understand the functionality and moreover they don't want to provide a new functionalities when there are no changes or enhancements to the application.

We have also noticed the swapped positioning of the Yes & No buttons in confirmation prompts. Our concerns are similar: the UX has changed, so users might unintentionally click the wrong button due to button positioning changing from what they are used to.
