While deploying patches from one environment to another we redeployed a data store. Now all the process models that referred the data store (while writing or reading to db/ write to ds nodes) is showing UUID reference of "CDTUUID@DSNo.". On export of this process model we get following error: The processModel [id=3582 uuid=0004da74-9650-8000-f92f-7f0000014e7a] was not exported because it contains an invalid reference: Reference to dataStore [43851] (Process Model > Node > Node Input > "DataStoreEntity") cannot be found.
Also, we found on export of DS from new environment that Success (2):
dataStore 46995 _a-0000da1e-62b9-8000-9ba2-011c48011c48_13667 "DS_name" successfully exported. The UUID remains same but the number of datastore has got changed from 43851 to 46995. Could you please let us know if there is an easy way to fix in all the process our application has? Is it only possible by manually finding each process and updating them?? Thanks in ...

Probably not supported but you can amend the xml in the application export file to resolve the issue. You'd need to search the files for the incorrect value and replace with correct one.
