I am using a!iconIndicator function in a SAIL form to display the status icons. This works fine in DEV and QA Environment, however in prod, I am getting a red cross as displayed in the screenshot. Can anyone please let me know, why it is not displaying the status icons?

What's the URL you see if you inspect the broken image using IE Developer Tools?

Eduardo, Do we need to have these icons available under Documents -> Default Community -> Common Objects -> Tempo Grid Icons? I don't see these icons in our prod evrionment, however they are available in Dev and QA.

Hi Navajith, the icons are part of the Common Objects application and are not out of the box. If you do not have this application in your production environment (or at least the dependencies for this particular expression, e.g. the image document), then you will experience this behavior.

Yes Michael, they should be out of the box, as its a part of a!iconIndicator Function in Appian, however the folder Documents -> Default Community -> Common Objects -> Tempo Grid Icons is missing in our prod enviornment. I will check with the server team.
